You can decide to be happy without requiring others to change first!  In fact, if you are basing your happiness on the behavior of another, you are doomed for unhappiness. You can begin Experience Management now and learn how to:

  • Change your perspective and behavior and observe how your relationships change.

  • Complete with years of unhealthy interactions as you recognize dysfunctional relationship patterns.

  • Identify how to keep your personal power in any circumstance.

  • Follow your dreams and desires instead of losing a bit of who you are in each interaction
    you have.

  • Choose healthy relationship patterns and interactions that bring you joy.

  • Let go of the pain from past relationships so you can truly enjoy those you are with now.

  • Discover where you feel stuck emotionally and what to do about it.

  • Find peace in all your relationships.

Family Counseling can help identify challenging relationship dynamics, resolve conflict and support you and your family members through difficult stages of life.   We address physical, behavioral, emotional and social concerns with children of all ages.  We work with parents so that changes are made in the family culture to support the child's health and well being.

You can give your children the opportunity to learn skills and perspectives that will help them for the rest of their lives.    No matter how young, they can learn how to be in charge of their own experiences independent of the circumstances.  Our goal is to bring children to a more conscious place where they will make choices they can be proud of making. Young ones easily adapt to a frame of reference where they are successful in getting themselves to change their own behavior.

Teenagers who are challenged with health concerns, abuse, depression, suicidal tendencies, drug and alcohol problems, eating disorders, social concerns with peers, challenges in family relationships and school concerns can find a reason to live, a purpose in life, a direction and a focus.

Pre-teens who are challenged with understanding themselves as they relate to family and peers can find a way to express themselves as unique and different while they still honor the adults in their lives. When pre-teens learn Experience Management, they have a definite advantage throughout their teenage years.
