To get started, it is important to know what you can expect by scheduling a free interview with me.  Together, we will review your situation, your desires and your challenges, to determine if  we are a match and to discuss which format may best meet your needs.   My work will always lead you through the following Experience Management thinking process.  We will discuss these questions briefly during the initial interview and extensively during our work together.

For Corporations  
For Individuals & Couples

You will be asked to describe the dynamics that currently exist on your "corporate stage" and identify the ones you want to change.

 

 

 

 

 

You will be asked to describe the way your "life stage" and/or your "relationship stage" are currently set. We will identify the dynamics you want to change. 

 

You will be asked to take the Director's Chair, as the one who is requesting the change. We will discuss what you can do as the Director of your corporate experience to set the stage for success for all involved.  You will then understand how this change will occur for others.   

 

 

 

 

You will be asked to take the Director's Chair, the one from which you will create a new stage. You will learn what it takes for this position to become familiar to you.


 

You and those participating in creating the change will identify a clear vision of the kinds of experiences you want in the corporate environment - ones that you can embrace personally and professionally.  

 

 

 

 


You will be asked and shown how to imagine, create and bring about an experience of the world that you can embrace with joy and fulfillment.

 
We will determine what changes YOU will make personally and those the business will implement in the organizational structure to assure the internal changes individuals make are sustainable in the workplace.    

 

 

 



We will acknowledge the distance between your current experience and the one you would like to have. We will discuss what it will take for you to get into character, i.e., to make the necessary internal changes to naturally act, feel and think in a new way.
 


Corporate Consultation
:   Experience Management sessions early on with those who are requesting the change can help set the stage for success.   We will identify the strategic individuals who will be involved in creating changes and the extent to which the corporation is willing to invest in supporting the changes individuals make.    If needed, we will also identify viewpoints that are helpful in approaching challenging individuals.  A useful viewpoint is the one that expects people can change when given the skills, perspectives, framework and inspiration to do so.  The first step is to schedule an interview now.

Individualized Consultation:  A typical private coaching / counseling session is 90 minutes in length, focused on you, what you are currently experiencing and what you want to experience in your life.  You will leave each session with insight, inspiration, and definitely with a viewpoint that is out-of-the-box. Margaret's professional counseling is covered by many insurance companies with Microsoft employees having 100% coverage for counseling services.  Coaching sessions are creatively designed by both of us to meet your specific needs and match your learning style.  The financial investment depends on the number of coaching sessions per month and the length of the chosen program.  Clients are given the option to save significantly by making an upfront payment for a packaged program.  The first step is to schedule an interview now.
